Only 2 operators are required for the entire processes of carton gluing, packaging, and stacking process. One operator takes charge of feeding the paperboards, while the other is responsible for packaging.

The paper feeding unit raises and lowers automatically under the control of an electric eye, thus saving labor costs.

The cartons are glued with the gluing head.

The core area of the machine is equipped with an automatic aligning device, which is controlled electrically just like the rear collecting device. The system moves simultaneously as a whole.

The control panel has been designed with a carton counting function. The packaging quantity can be set through the counting device.

The buttons are imported from Schneider and the photoelectric switches are made in Taiwan for the highest stability and durability. The main driving motor uses high quality gear motors imported from Taiwan. The lifting motor, gear box and draught fan are bought from famous Chinese brands.

The gluing part utilizes a belt to form and fix the cartons.

This part is equipped with an automatic counter. Operators can set the carton quantity (1-20 pcs) of each bundle for the convenience of packing.
