The paperboard feeding machine uses belt technology that features a simple structure and feeds paperboard in a quick, precise manner. The clutch and electromagnetic brake are utilized to independently control the feeding process.

The paperboard feeding unit uses belt from Ammeraal Beltech due to its strong wear resistance and long service life. There are holes on the belt for feeding curved paperboards with a vacuum absorption function.

The folding unit employs a belt for transmission. High-quality rubber wheels and stainless steel wheels made in China are used for less glue consumption and a longer equipment life. The left and right gluing arms can be electrically adjusted.

The correcting unit uses the latest improved technology. With a paperboard storage area, the paperboards can be stored to improve the gluing effect. The baffles are aligned to ensure the orderliness of cartons. Large -volume fans are installed to prevent the cartons from bouncing up. The belt of correcting unit is from Ammeraal Beltech and features a strong wear resistance and long service life.

The carton counting unit is controlled using a touch screen. Users can use it with automatic packaging machines in this series. The transporting belt for moving cartons can also be adjusted.
